Forest has partnered with Bike2Work Scheme to provide and administer the Government’s Cycle to Work Initiative. With pre-tax savings, we are offering you the opportunity to save up to 47% when renting a Forest bike for your commute.

Sound good? This is how you register!

1. Employee registers online with Bike2Work Scheme using your Company Pin, which your employer would have been provided with.
2. Employee logs in to submit their quotation
3. Forest Plus is available as an annual subscription for £540 or a monthly subscription for £60 per month
4. If your quote is approved, Bike2Work Scheme will generate the invoice and Salary Sacrifice
5. The Salary Sacrifice needs to be signed by both employer and employee, and to be kept for your records only
6. Once signed by both parties, payments can be made to Bike2Work Scheme as per the invoice 
7. Upon receiving payment from your employer we will share your email address with Forest. This must be the same email address linked with your Forest account (please ensure you have created an account)
8. Your Forest account will be updated to Forest Plus and you can start commuting sustainably and affordably with Forest!

Eligibility - To participate in the Cycle to Work Scheme, the following conditions must be met:

• The employee is a UK taxpayer via the PAYE system
• Following the salary sacrifice being applied, the employee’s gross pay does not reduce below the National Minimum Wage (NMW)
• The employee has a contract of employment which outlasts the duration of the salary sacrifice period
• The employee is aged 18 years or over
• The employee must be attending work at the point of application
