1 Sign up via this simple online form.

Employee registers online with Bike2Work Scheme using your Company Pin, which your employer would have been provided with.

2 You’ll receive a unique PIN number from your employer. (If they don’t have one,
                                        ask them to sign-up here.)

Employee logs in to submit their quotation.

3 You choose your new bike or equipment from one of our 2,000 partner stores and
                                        receive a written quotation to submit to Bike2Work.

Forest Plus is available as an annual subscription for £540

4 Your employer will receive an invoice as well as a hire agreement for you both
                                        to sign.

If your quote is approved, Bike2Work Scheme will generate the invoice and Salary Sacrifice

5 Your employer will make the payment and receive your voucher.

The Salary Sacrifice needs to be signed by both employer and employee, and to be kept for your records only

6 You’ll take the voucher into your chosen shop and collect your new bike or
                                        equipment.

Once signed by both parties, payments can be made to Bike2Work Scheme as per the invoice

7 You’ll take the voucher into your chosen shop and collect your new bike or
                                        equipment.

Upon receiving payment from your employer we will share your email address with Forest. This must be the same email address linked with your Forest account (please ensure you have created an account)

8 You’ll take the voucher into your chosen shop and collect your new bike or
                                        equipment.

Your Forest account will be updated to Forest Plus and you can start commuting sustainably and affordably with Forest!
